Astex scientists have released a range of bespoke tools and software, which are available through the sections below. We hope they will be of benefit to the scientific community.
The overlay pages provide an interactive way of viewing 3D protein-ligand structures from X-ray or cryoEM. Related structures are organized and superimposed to enable easy comparison. The examples below contain structures from recent Astex publications.
Fragments to Lead Examples: 2015-2019
All the structural data from the 2021 meta-analysis of fragment-to-lead campaigns is available to view in 3D, as well as interactive versions of the figures from the publication.
