This project explores advanced approaches to structure prediction through combining the structural knowledge from our extensive in-house database of high-quality protein-ligand structures with modern machine learning techniques. By integrating data-driven methods, we aim to develop more accurate and efficient tools for understanding molecular binding.

The work is conducted in collaboration with Professor Charlotte Deane (University of Oxford) and is part of our cutting-edge innovation within Astex’s SIPD scheme.
